Delete your data

This page is for players of Block Leagues and Domino International, both made by Max One Studios. You can ask us to delete your online player data at any time, and you don't need the game installed to do it.

How to ask

Email support@maxonestudios.com with the subject "Delete my data" and include:

your player name
which game you play: Block Leagues, Domino International, or both

You can also start a deletion from inside the game: Settings → Delete my data TO BUILD IN BOTH GAMES.

What we delete

your online player account
your player name, picture and flag
your scores, match results, stats and league standings

Block Leagues and Domino International share one league system, so this removes your online profile from both games.

We finish deleting within 30 days and email you when it's done. Reports and records of rule-breaking may be kept longer to keep the games safe.

What we can't delete

Data saved only on your phone, such as settings, best scores and offline progress. To remove it, delete the game or clear its data in your phone's settings.
Advertising data held by Google. To manage it, reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your phone's settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iPhone: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).
