Domino International Privacy Policy
Effective date: date
This Privacy Policy explains what information Domino International (the "Game") collects, how it is used and shared, and your choices. The Game is made by Max One Studios, British Columbia, Canada. We try to collect as little as possible.
1. Information we collect
a) Information you give us
- Profile: your player name, the picture you pick from the Game's set, and your flag.
- Messages to us: if you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write.
- Reports: if you report a player, we receive the report and the related game information.
b) Information collected automatically
- Game data: settings (music, sound, voices, vibration, language), your last game choices, scores, Virtual Items, match results and stats such as games played and best run.
- When you play offline, this information is kept only on your device.
- When you play online, the information needed for online play is processed on our servers.
- Country: for online play, we use your internet (IP) address to work out your country only. This is used to show your flag and for matchmaking. We never work out or store a more exact location. If you use a VPN, the VPN's country may show.
- Device and technical information: device type, operating system, Game version, crash reports and basic usage information, used to keep the Game working and fix problems.
- Advertising ID and ad data: our ad partners (such as Google AdMob) may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address and information about how you interact with ads. They use this to show ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ads, prevent fraud, and, if you allow it, personalise ads. See section 4.
c) What we do NOT collect
We do not ask for your real name, phone number, address, photos, contacts, microphone or exact location. The Game does not use your camera. Profile pictures are chosen from the Game's own set.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- run the Game, save your settings and progress, and match you with other players;
- show your name, picture and flag to other players in online games;
- give rewards and keep the coin balance correct;

- answer your messages;
- meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who we share information with
- Other players: your player name, picture, flag and in-game actions during online games.
-
Service providers that help us run the Game, such as:
- app stores (Google Play, Apple App Store);
- hosting and server providers for online play;
- crash-reporting tools;
- ad networks such as Google AdMob.
They may only use the information to provide their services to us, except where their own privacy policies allow them to use ad data as an independent party. Google's information is at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites - Legal reasons: if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of players, the public or the Game. - A business transfer: if the Game is sold or moved to another company, player information may move with it under this policy.
4. Ads and your choices
- You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iPhone: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).
- If you opt out, you will still see ads, but they will be less personalised.
- Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland), we will ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown.
- Rewarded ads are always optional.
5. Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us at support@maxonestudios.com and we will delete it.
6. How long we keep information
- Offline data stays on your device until you delete the Game or clear its data.
- Online profile and game data is kept while you play. It is deleted or made anonymous within 12 months after your last online game, or sooner if you ask us.
- Reports and records of rule-breaking may be kept longer to keep the Game safe.
- Emails to us are kept as long as needed to deal with them.
7. Where information is stored
We are based in Canada. Our service providers (such as Google) may store and process information in Canada, the United States or other countries, where the laws may be different from yours. When we use these providers, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is protected.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee perfect security. Never put personal details, such as your real name or contact information, in your player name.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask what personal information we have about you;
- ask us to correct it or delete it;
- withdraw consent;
- object to some uses of it;
- get a copy of it.
This includes rights under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA and BC's PIPA), the GDPR (EU and UK), and US state laws such as California's. To make a request, email support@maxonestudios.com. We will answer within 30 days and may need to confirm the request is really from you. - Offline data: delete the Game or clear its data in your device settings.
- Online data: email support@maxonestudios.com with your player name and ask for it to be deleted. See Delete my data for the full steps.
